addittions not showing on order or emails

first of all – great plugin! thank you very much ??
we have a problem on our website.
the additional selected options are accepted in the payment section but in the order itself (email and inside wordpress) – we don’t see the additional selected options.

the plugins we have on our website related to the products are “WooCommerce Google Product Feed” and “Google Listings and Ads”.

all the plugins and themes are updated.

what could be the problem please?
