I added a new domain in my host (bluehost), eg:addon.com … then I had a problem in my another website, the website is running fine, but when I try to login in eg: site1.com/wp-admin appear this error : HTTP 500 ERROR.

I have another one eg: site2.com this one I can access admin panel page and the site is running good, but when I try to Install a new plugin appear : “An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.ads-software.com or this server’s configuration….”

    In resume.

addon.com -> site running, but I can’t install new plugins
site1.com -> site running, but I can’t access Admin Page
site2.com -> site running, but I can’t install new plugins

I’ve uninstalled addon.com WordPress …but still the same error..

3 days with these problems …=/

Internal server errors (error 500) are often caused by plugin or theme function conflicts, so if you have access to your admin panel, try deactivating all plugins. If you don’t have access to your admin panel, try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Twenty Sixteen theme to rule-out a theme-specific issue. If you don’t have access to your admin panel, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue.

If that does not resolve the issue, it’s possible that a .htaccess rule could be the source of the problem. To check for this, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, and rename the .htaccess file. If you can’t find a .htaccess file, make sure that you have set your SFTP or FTP client to view invisible files.

If you weren’t able to resolve the issue by either resetting your plugins and theme or renaming your .htaccess file, we may be able to help, but we’ll need a more detailed error message. Internal server errors are usually described in more detail in the server error log. If you have access to your server error log, generate the error again, note the date and time, then immediately check your server error log for any errors that occurred during that specific time period. If you don’t have access to your server error log, ask your hosting provider to look for you.

I tried to do all, but still the same =///
I generate the error when I try to access WP ADMIN PANEL…but in error_log inside my domain folder (in file manager) don’t show the error… in error log in my server don’t show even 1 error…show a blank space =///

In fact I don’t know what to do.

I’m trying to contact to hosting provider again…

Did you checked this link before? https://my.bluehost.com/cgi/help/594
Seems it might be also a file/directory permission issue.

    using apache or nginx?

Sorry and Thx. Now everything is running perfectly. I didn’t change nothing.
I think that the problems was in Bluehost Hosting … They said that there isn’t problem in hosting, but now is running and I didn’t nothing …so strange. I’ll try to find what happend and I’ll write here later…
    Thanks Everyone for support .
