Please could you check if the open bug report previous mentioned by @xue28 is similar to what you are experiencing on your site, as it is a known issue which affects sites not in the default English (US) language.
If yes, kindly note that our developers are aware of the issue and you are able to view the most recent update on the progress, as well as a provided temporary workaround, here.
Also, I’d suggest subscribing to the Github issue so that you can stay up to date on any changes as they happen ??
On the other hand, if that is in no way related to what you are experiencing on your site, please can you share the following:
- System Status Report: navigate to?WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?
Get system report
?and then?Copy for support

- Screenshot: kindly share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end, in order for us to have a better understanding of what you are experiencing.
