Address Nickname won’t show in Form

    Hello,

    I already enabled the option “Enable setting Billing Address Nickname during Checkout” and “Enable setting Shipping Address Nickname during Checkout” but the field is still not showing in the form.

    Hello,

    The nickname field only shows up if you are logged into an account, it does not show up for guest checkouts.

    If you are logged in and it is still not showing up, do you have any plugins that modify the checkout? It is possible that the plugin is overriding the field and removing it from checkout.

    Hi Matt,

    Thanks for the reply. We solved the issue. There’s a plugin conflict with “Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce”.
