I’ve tried the open maps. I’ve put in my Google Maps API key. I’ve checked (and unchecked) the “Google API for import listings” and “Auto Search based on Geo Coding” check boxes… NOTHING I do will find the addresses in my town.

I’m expecting that the either one (or both) of those checkboxes would do something, but any time I add an address to a listing, I get a red box at the bottom-right corner that says “Address not found”.

I can’t find anything in the documentation, and no one else seems to have posted in here with that problem.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Hi,

You need to check if your api key is correctly enabled, including billing in your google console account.

Please on troubles contact us via official website so we can check in detail and provide exactly what you entered in address field, try with just city for start.

    Thanks

Billing is enabled, and the key returns success on https://mapfix.dev/.

I also tried installing some other plugins that use Google Maps, and they work using the same key.

As for address, I’m clicking the ‘copy’ icon next to the address on Google Maps.

What are the reasons “Address not found” is displayed?
