    Hello ??

    I have the address override option + enable send shipping details.

    The orders made with PayPal ends with the PayPal shipping address of the user and not with the shipping they put on the checkout. Don’t know how the normal behavior should be or how exactly this PayPal feature work.

    Greetings from WebToffee support.

    If the Address override option is enabled, the buyer cannot change the shipping address from the PayPal payment page.

    If the Send shipping address is enabled along with the Address override option, the shipping address will be the one sent to PayPal instead of the billing address and it will saved as the shipping address in orders. The buyer cannot change this on the PayPal page due to the Address override option.

    Overriding is not working on my site ?? When I try to pay with PayPal, it shows my PayPal address saying “This is the address you provided to the store”. But the address provided to the store is completely different ??

    I made some screenshots of my config and the address I use when creating the order and the address that shows on PayPal and it’s transfered to my WC store finally overriding the original shipping address added by the user:

    2. Missing City Field:

    • We noticed that the “city” field was missing in the address data being sent from your website.
    • To address this, we’ve temporarily used the “state code” field instead of the city field using a code snippet specific to your website and shared privately.
    • This means that when an order is placed, the state code will be displayed as the city on PayPal’s end.

    3. Importance of Complete Address Data:

    • Ideally, it’s crucial to ensure that all required address fields are populated for every order.
