    Hi,
I am currently developing a Website including an events calendar. I was very happy when I found your OSM extension for Events Manager. Unfortunately the button “Search address” does not work – neither in frontend nor in backend.
I found your hint that autooptimize plugins may cause this problem. I deactivated it – but the problem remains.
    Can you please help me?
    Thanks in advance,
    Meike

Please go to Edit Location and open your browser console. Then, click the “Search Address” button and check your browser console for any errors in the OpenCage API response. When I add an address on your website, it finds it perfectly.

Please let me know if there are any errors.

Thanks fpr your answer! Unforuntatley I didn’t get any message that you answered, so I just checked again today.

When I click on the search location button in the frontend (when creating a new event) I get this error message in the browser:

The error you posted is actually really clear: Unauthorized
That means that your OpenCage API key is invalid.

Since I am not connected to that company in any way, you need to contact them about this. To go directly to their website, you can use the “Get your free API key” button in the settings of this plugin. ??

Please let me know what their response is.

Thanks a lot for the hint. I got a new API key and it works.
