Addresses Missing In Paypal but captured in WooCommerce

    Hello,
    Starting yesterday we’re experiencing a growing number of orders that are being sent to Paypal without any address information. Unfortunately our shipping software connects to Paypal so that means that our labels are coming out blank.

    Yesterday there were only 4 records missing addresses but today there are considerably more (13 orders, all domestic). I’ve opened a ticket already #883358 that includes a screen shot of 2 of the orders in WooCommerce and how they appear in Paypal (missing addresses). All of the orders from yesterday were using a credit card specifically and domestic orders.

    Can you look into this for us right away? Thank you!

    An update to the above: I went into my tax settings and I had set the tax calculations based on billing address. I changed it to be based on the shipping address and now your plug-in works beautifully at all stages of the transaction. Thank you so much for your help. Sorry for the confusion. Your plug-in works really well!
