Thanks for reaching out. From inspecting your site I can see ad code placed via Site Kit, so all looks to be fine regarding Site Kit configuration. If you’re not finding any ads placed there may be issues at AdSense level. If you want to share your Site Health information here or privately via this form I’d be happy to check your AdSense status. Note that we don’t have access to users AdSense accounts, we can only check the output from your Site Health information. This is also something you can check yourself by checking visiting “Tools > Site Health Info > Info tab > Site Kit by Google > AdSense Account Statis”.

Let me know once you check the above anyway, or feel free to share your Site Health information.

Many thanks for sharing. Indeed it looks like there are no issues at AdSense account level, with a “approved” AdSense account status evident. As Site Kit has inserted your AdSense snippet your next step is to contact the product experts at the AdSense Help Center, where they can troubleshoot AdSense specific queries.

Before doing so please also ensure you have Auto ads enabled at AdSense level for this site.

Sorry we can’t be of more assistance on this.

Everything was set and the auto ad where working befor installing the site kit

@denoh I understand, however Site Kit only inserts the Auto ads code snippet on your site. I can see that you do have the Site Kit code placed on your site. If you remove the Site Kit placed code and manually insert your Auto ads snippet alone I suspect you’ll encounter the same issue.

Note that for best practices you should only have one Auto ads code snippet place on your site. From checking your site I can see browser console errors relating to more than one. This shouldn’t impact ads being served regardless.

If you want to remove the Site Kit placed snippet or simply disconnect the AdSense module from within your Site Kit configurations I’m happy to check your site once more. I suspect ads won’t appear and this is an AdSense related issue. Let me know once you’ve done so and I’ll check your site again.

Many thanks for performing this check. Without the Site Kit placed snippet there remains no ads from checking on my side. Once final check you can perform is the below, which can help rule out any plugin or theme related issues with your ads.

    1. Login to your site from a Chrome browser incognito window
    2. Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
    3. Navigate to “Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot”.
    4. From the same screen click on the “Available Plugins” tab at the top right and then click on the “Enable” option next to “Site Kit by Google”
    5. Setup the AdSense module within Site Kit once more, allowing the plugin to insert ads.
    6. Visit your site once more and check do ads appear. As a logged in admin you’re site will look different in troubleshooting mode, using a core theme. Visitors to your site won’t encounter this.

You can exit troubleshooting mode afterwards.

If you find no ads appear after performing the above you’ll need to reach out to the AdSense Help Centre I’m afraid. We’re limited to Site Kit plugin support here in the forums and the AdSense experts would be better equipped to deal with such queries. Let me know how you get on anyway after performing that check.

All was done well but still no ads showing yet I have no issue with adsense

    (@jamesosborne)

Sorry to hear that. In that case please do contact the AdSense Help Center. We’ve already performed the same check without the Site Kit AdSense module active and no ads appeared, indicating there may be an issue either at AdSense level or elsewhere.
