Addthis follow widget not working properly

  • Hello,

    I installed the AddThis widget about two weeks ago and it does not show in Home page, in category pages, in the footer, and in individual posts. It only shows on a few pages like Video Blog, Events, About and Privacy pages.

    Please respond at your earliest convenience. I’ve been trying to communicate with you for a couple weeks now and I’m hoping we can resolve this fast.

  • Hi, seems to be the widgets can be customised through the theme. If there is an option, check whether there is any option to make widgets specific for each kind of post/page. As you are using a paid theme, we cannot provide full support. I can give a check if you can provide me access to your admin end.
