AddThis social share not integrated with Affiliates Plugin

    The owners and developers at “AddThis’ are totally unaware of the “Affiliates” and Affiliates Pro” Plugins.

    This is an email I recently received from ‘AddThis’.

    “I’m afraid until now, I have not heard of “Affiliates Pro and Affiliates Enterprise”. It looks like they have made a plugin that integrates with our WordPress plugin. I’m afraid you will need to contact Affiliates Pro and Affiliates Enterprise for support as we do not know how they have integrated with our tools.

    This follows a call for help I sent them.

    Please could you assist me with this problem.
    AddThis is not integrating with Itthinx Affiliates Pro as advertised.

    When my Affiliates share a link to facebook and a sale results from that share the sale is not credited to the affiliate.

    How can I go about fixing this?

    Hi Pierre,

    The AddThis integration you refer to integrates Affiliates Pro and Affiliates Enterprise with AddThis and their plugin. It cannot be used with this free Affiliates plugin.

    Please use the appropriate support forums for premium plugins, the forums here are related to the free plugins (in this case Affiliates) and there are proper support channels intended to provide you with help on premium plugins (please make sure to read the Forum Welcome).

    For Affiliates Pro and Affiliates Enterprise you should direct your support requests at https://www.itthinx.com/forum/affiliates-pro/ or https://www.itthinx.com/forum/affiliates-enterprise/ indicating your issue with the AddThis integration.
