AddThis Vertical Bar

Hi guys ,

AddThis looks like great idea but how in this earth you get vertical bar like what they have on AddThis home page , I downloaded and installed AddThis plugin and can not figure out how to do this.

Also , Is there a way to customise it in way that when mouse is over FB tab , it slides & opens a FB likebox , on Tweeter shows latest tweets , on Mail icon – displays a contact form/ contact form widget ?
