AddToCart and Dynamic Ads

    Hi, I’d like to know how I can make sure the Events for Dynamic Ads on Facebook are working properly. I installed the Facebook Pixel Extension for Google Chrome, but it doesn’t show any AddToCart event on-click for example. I can see the ViewContent but it needs to match the products ID yet, and purchase will be testing soon.

    Hi,

    1. I can see the AddToCart event working.

    2. It looks like you’ve added one or more events yourself. Please remove them, because they are not necessary and they can create problems. The plugin adds all the events automatically.

    3. In order for Dynamic Ads to work you will need a Product Catalog with all the products. Until then you will see that warning message saying that the product can’t be matched.

    2. Yes, I was trying to add them manually before finding your plugin. Thank you very much for creating it! Will delete the manually added ones asap!

    3. Saw the warning message. Also saw the plugin you created for Catalogue hehehe Will give it a try!

    I’ve been struggling with all the Facebook Pixel for Dynamic Ads coding since I am no programmer and can’t fin my way around easily. Thanks for the help guys!

    For the AddToCart event to work you should click on the add to cart button. It works for me, so I guess it does for you too.

    Implementing a Dynamic Ads campaign should be pretty easy, you will see.

    Hi again, just wanted to thank ou again for the great support.

    I’ve now completed installing all the events and associated the catalogue.
    It’s pretty easy actually now that you mentioned!
