addToCart event not firing on single products

    Good day.

    My website is running Konte theme and it seems that addToCart event isn’t fired on single product pages. It works fine on the category pages (example: https://shop.herla.ru/product-category/cleansing/) or even on the main page, though.

    Could anyone please take a look and let me know the steps needed for fixing this?

    Thanks for reaching out. Happy to help you with this!

    I took a quick look at your site and added the “Infinite White Face Serum” to my cart and it does look like it triggered the addToCart event. Here is a quick screenshot:

    I am using the Chrome extension “Facebook Pixel Helper” to see all of the events being fired.

    Would you please let me know if that is what you’re expecting? Is there a particular message or anything that is telling you that it is not working? Let me know!
