Adelle Theme Missing Menu Bar

  • Hello, I seem to have lost the menu bar on my blog, retrofoodformoderntimes.com. I am using the Adelle theme. I used to be able to see the different pages via a black ribbon running across the page below the header. Now I can see the ends of the ribbon on either side but the bit in the middle, where I used to be able to see the different page options has disappeared.

    Can you please let me know how I can get it back?
