Adelle; This Theme is broken PLEASE HELP!

  • I just logged into my WP admin and am getting this message:

    This theme is broken. Template is missing. Standalone themes need to have a index.php template file. Child themes need to have a Template header in the style.css stylesheet

    I ma not great at this tech stuff at all and really need some help. where do i get the template name and how do i fix this?All help is very greatly appreciated.
