Adicional field

Hi community. I hope are you very well.

I′m new working with wordpress and using contact form 7, i came here looking for your help, i′m making a web page where there are several forms, thar are used for the User to make request proof of residence, solvency, payment receipts, etc. There are fields like ID Card number, telephone, and others, that y get from a Form when the user login for the first time, but i need those fields autopopulate in the forms when the user make the request, i found how to make it with the name, email, but with the others fields i don′t know how, because those fieds aren′t in the php mysql BD. I hope I have made myself clear. If you can help me with that please.
