  • Thank you for reaching out!

I wanted to clarify that WP Store Locator currently does not support region outlines. Could you please double-check that you are indeed using the WP Store Locator plugin? The latest version is 2.2.241. If you are using a different plugin or feature, we’d be happy to help you find the correct support.

Please let us know if you need further assistance.

Yes we have the latest version of the plugin:

    Hi again,

Are you using any custom code in your functions.php file for displaying map outlines?

Are the screenshots you send actually coming from the output of the [wpsl] shortcode in your frontend? I would like to have a look at the actual URL where you have published the store locator, if possible, so I can get a better idea of what the issue is.

If you don’t want to share the details publicly, you can also open a private ticket directly with us.

    Many thanks!

There were no custom code used for the map.

The York Region map looks like this

But it should look more like this:

    Hi again,

    Thanks for the detailed info.

However, I am still trying to get my head around this, because Wp Store Locator does not natively support region overlays in the map, so those of your maps that have some overlay polygon must be obtaining it in some custom way, could you please double check?

    Best regards,

    Hi Farroyo,
The polygon is obtain by plotting the zipcodes on this setting https://prnt.sc/NkgQ98iL4AK5.
Yes it seems that the page is custom but we are still validating with the site owner.

If it is custom, would it still be under your scope?

    Hi again,

I’m sorry but that customizations are something we have nothing to do with. You will have to talk to the developer who coded that.

    Best regards,
