adjust pricing based on amount in cart

I multiple product that are broken out into single, 6-pack, & case (12). My client wanted them as individual products, so I have them all set up as simple products. The 6-pack is 10% cheaper then if they order 6 singles, and the case is 15% cheaper then if they order 12 singles.
My question is, if someone orders 6-11 singles or 12 or more singles have the price adjust so that they receive the discount of ordering a 6-pack or case even though they didn’t add a 6-pack or case to the cart?
