Adjust size of team member box

What do you mean by smaller? The boxes adapt to the container it is put in. If you reduce the size of the container they will shrink.

If you are talking about the description text being too spread, you could add padding to this element.

What do you mean by adjusting the height? The height of a box will adapt to its content. Can you give me more details about what you are trying to achieve? Maybe a screenshot would help (I’m not a native English speaker).

You already answered the question for me. It will adapt to it’s content. I reduced the number of words in the excerpt for example, and that reduced the size of the box.
