Adjust The Scroll

After selecting an option for the location dropdown menu, the form script scrolls down to the next form field item.

I would like to adjust the scroll amount or to disable the scrolling completely.

Is this possible?

The reason is that the scroll pushes the next form field behind a sticky header and the next step is not visible to the web visitor.
