Adjust user-rights to Import Single Event

I’d like to assign the right to be able to import Single Event to non-admins to be able to show “Import Single Event” from EME Sync Facebook Events settings.
In case sync does take too long (minimum is one hour) or to be able to trigger sync manually for this non-admin user group.
As far as I know I can only show the whole settings page or nothing from EME Sync Facebook Events, right? Do you see the need, would it be helpful to seperate the manual import possibility?
