Adjust Vertical Height of Lightbox

I’m using pro & have tried to contact support but heard nothing so wondering if I can get help here. I’d like to adjust vertical height in the light box. When I adjust horizontal in settings, it does not adjust vertical. Horizontals just get smaller, vertical does not change in size.
