adjusting banner size

  • how can i adjust the banner size so it’s always 1900 x 600?
    or is it possible to use a slider like smart slider for this?

    how is it possible that i upload a banner of 1900 x 600 pixels and isn’t shown right?

    The banner size (1900×600) has been recommended in the way that it would not be repeated or show white space on any devices.
