Adjusting Size of Header Media

    Newish to WordPress, have a theme I am hoping to use, ‘Profile lite’

    I have been searching high and low for a way to reduce the size of the header image showing up on the site

    It suggests dimensions of 2400×1600 but when I look through the CSS I am not seeing anything I would be able to update, and not familiar enough with CSS to figure out what to write, to achieve what I am looking for.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated
