    Hey ??
    Fist of all, sorry for my english (french guy)
    I got a problem with a website i’m working on. I’m using SiteOrigin Page Builder, i created my pages with it, but the problem is all accross the site.
    Since 2 days, when i try to edit a block in Page Builder, i only get a blank page with a zero.
    When i look at the console in the browser, i get these errors :

    https://www.fincap.fr/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?_panelsnonce=a4dac5187f 400
    https://www.fincap.fr/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?_panelsnonce=a4dac5187f net::ERR_HTTP2_SERVER_REFUSED_STREAM

    This problem is appears only on my desktop computer. If i try with my laptop, i can edit without any problem. I also tried with different browsers on my desktop computer, same problem.

    I deleted all my cookies, nothing changed.
    I have other wordpress website made with the same theme/plugins, and it works fine.

    Do you have an idea ?
    Thank you =)

    Hi Yohrn,

    Thank you for reaching out. I’ve done some research into what causes ERR_HTTP2_SERVER_REFUSED_STREAM and the most common reason is due to a corporate VPN or managed Windows install resulting in the connection being downgraded from HTTP/2 to HTTP 1.1. This normally isn’t a problem but sometimes servers won’t allow for legacy connections so they’ll actively refuse those requests – this appears to be what is happening here

    Are you using either a corporate VPN or managed Windows install? If so, it’s possible your administrator (be it the VPN, or Windows) has recently made a setting/network change that has resulted in this issue. Please reach out to your administrator to report this issue.

    If you’re not using either, please reach out to your hosting provider and ask them if they can add support for HTTP 1.1 requests.

    Kind regards,
    Alex
