    ShortPixel is causing a 400 error (and a delay) when I load my site. Using plugin version 4.16.2, WP 5.3.2

    Site is hosted on a dedicated server.

    Hi @mmanca,

    Could you please run a quick test? Please do the following:
    – Deactivate all plugins except ShortPixel.
    – Activate all plugins, one by one.
    – After each single activation, check if the issue still happens. This will help you identify what plugin is the cause of this (if it is indeed another plugin).
    – If that doesn’t help, please let us know.

    In addition, I suggest making sure you flush your website’s cache and then try again. Please do it in this order:
    – Cache plugins (WP Rocket, LiteSpeed Cache, SG Optimizer…)
    – Server cache (SiteGround, Bluehost…)
    – CDN cache (Cloudflare, StackPath…). Please do it from your CDN’s dashboard, not through your cache plugin or hosting dashboard.
    – Browser cache (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari…)
