admin-ajax.php issue

  • Hello,

    My client uses your plugin for the generation of invoices and delivery notes.
    Two teams work on the site, the Admin team and the Sales team.

    When you connect to the admin, no problem to see the pdf in the browser.

    On the other hand, for about 3 weeks, when the Sales team tries to see an invoice in the browser (it doesn’t matter which one), they have this url with the error message: wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?Action=generate_wpo_wcpdf&document_type=invoice&order_ids=13665&_wpnonce=f375c06e13 with a blank page and this message: A critical error has occurred on your site.

    I can’t understand why, with the Admin identifier, we manage to display the pdf in the browser but not with their credentials. I tried to give the sales team the ADMIN role but we have the same problem…

    Here are the versions we use: WordPress: 5.4.2
    Woocommerce: 4.3.1
    Your plugin: 2.6.0

    Hi! That is quite strange. What do you see when you add &debug=true to the URL where you get the critical error?
