admin-ajax.php loads the server

    After installing the Shield Security plugin, the load on the server tripled. If earlier requests to?/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?there was practically none, but now there is a large amount of it.

    That doesn’t sound right… Never heard of anything like that. I would suggest removing it from your site as there must be something not quite right that’s causing server load to get out of control.
