Admin Ajax Retriev Image Error

Hi, my website is getting offline a few times per day, i was searching for the reason and find out that the problem is an ajax call request:

admin-ajax.php?action=retrieve_image_data_from_url

Everytime WordPress runs this my website get so much slow, sometimes it even gets offline.

Do you know how to solve this problem or disable this ajax call??
