    Hi Friends – We just installed your Constant Contact plugin, and have not even used it yet, before starting to receive the issues alert:

    Constant Contact Forms has experienced issues that may need addressed and functionality may be missing. Please enable the “Support” checkbox under the Support tab in Constant Contact settings and start a forum support thread. Our support team will aid with further steps.

    QUESTION: Could this issue have anything todo with our CloudFlare ?

    It definitely could be related to that. The functionality above is meant to help populate a local copy of your available lists from Constant Contact dashboard, to be integrated in with the forms you can create within WordPress.

    Some quick questions I have are do you see anything when you visit the “Constant Contact > Lists” menu in WordPress admin? or is that page empty?

    Also do you have any newer logs from what you’re showing above? Asking this part because this looks like it’s from a couple days ago, and the error may not be repeating itself at this time, for which we can probably disregard as a temporary issue.

    Hi Friends – To answer your questions:

    “Constant Contact > Lists -> Yes – we see all 32 of our lists inside the WP Dashboard, so the lists function seems working.

    No Newer Logs – I do not see any newer debug logs, no error logs from today.

    Please advise on next steps?

    Since there’s nothing new and you’re seeing all your lists, I think it’s safe to consider this a temporary issue and no further troubleshooting is needed at this point.

    Let us know if anything comes back though, and we can resume from there.
