Admin alert when there are no visitors?

Although, I have not tested these plugin before but it should fulfill your requirements.

Thanks, I have used both before, and I currently use Visitor Maps. All of these just show you who’s on your site / how many visitors, but they don’t send you an alert when there are few visitors (perhaps where you would set a number to be alerted about, like 20 visitors for instance) on the site so you can perform maintenance. I’m starting to think there is nothing like that anywhere, unfortunately.

If this is only reason to get notification about low number of visitors, good idea will be test/dev/local server.
Working on live site which have high number of online visitors is bad idea.
