admin announcements – show to only admin users?

  • Hello!
    Thank you so much for a great plugin. It gave me the right tools to extract and display thumbnails in a template.

    Would it be possible down the road to show any notices/banners in the admin area to only admin level users? We have cases with several level of users and though non-admins don’t have permissions to view when they click the link in the notices, it would be ideal if they didn’t see the notices when editing their profile, etc.

    Not high priority, just wanted to mention it in case it would be an easy update in a future release.
