    Hiya,

    1. When I set to a user and the user revieves an email – the email says it’s coming from ‘wordpress’. How do I change this so it says the actual email address of the company?

    2. How can I style the email from admin to the new user? The body text currently has No spaces between paragraphs etc? Can you also somehow personalise the email so it’s says ‘Dear’ and ‘the users name’?

    Hi,

    1. You’d have to use a plugin like WP Mail SMTP to set up WordPress so that all automatic emails are sent via an external SMTP.

    2. You can use basic HTML tags in the email body (e.g. < br > to create a line break).

    Under each email field in the “Emails” it shows what shortcodes can be used as placeholders to dynamically input different user information into the email. For example, in the “Registration Message Body” email, you can use the [username] shortcode to dynamically insert the new user’s username.
