Admin approve email before sending

    Hello, is it possible to approve an email (after form submit) inside admin area, before sending the email ??

    I mean:

    user submit the form -> email form appears on wp admin area with buttons (approve email = send email to the “To:” , or delete email = dont send email and delet)
