Admin area, dashboard etc have disappeared!

  • I’ve just started creating a blog and found just the right theme for it, called “Greyzed”. There was a free version of this theme, but I paid for the premium version because it has more features that I want.
    I installed the theme and everything seemed to go alright for a while, and then I tried to log in to the dashboard via the wp-admin page to start customising the look and add content. The log in page has completely disappeared and I have no way of logging in. All I get is a completely white screen.

  • As this is a commercial theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s vendors.

    I tried that but they don’t offer phone or email support – only a forum like this one. I posted a question on there some time ago and there hasn’t been a single reply ?? so I thought I’d try here. Forgive me if that was against protocol, but I really need to get this working.

    As this theme’s files are not publically accessible, we cannot really help you here.
