Admin area it works, Front-End User area will not save file

Good Evening everyone. For some reason In the admin area I can create a new document and it does save.
But when I go through my group and click on Create Doc, Fill out a Document with the editor and save I get
There was an error when creating the doc.
Everytime. Help Please…
It does seem once the document is created in the admin back-end one can go through the front end and make changes to it. Just in the create document for some reason.
