    Hi and greetings from Mexico…

    Sorry for the bad english, but I had a little issue when activate your plugin, I had bought a theme for wordpress at theme forest, this theme has it’s own button in admin area to change settings, but when I activate your plugin, this theme button settings disappears, please could you help me with this issue.

    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    That’s really strange. To be honest, I have no idea what could be causing this. TablePress only uses the regular API functions of WordPress to add a menu entry. So, I don’t know why this happened in that theme, and this is the first time I have seen this…

    Does the “Tema” menu entry appear again after deactivating TablePress?

    Without seeing the theme code I’m wondering whether this could be caused by a position collision where the two menu items both have the same position attribute?

    Hi,

    ok, yes, it might be some position collision then…
    A quick fix might be to simply move TablePress in the admin menu, to avoid such conflicts. Can you please go to the “Plugin Options” screen of TablePress and select e.g. “middle” or “bottom” in the admin menu position dropdown list? That should move TablePress in the menu, so that that conflict is hopefully no longer happening.
