Admin Area settings issue.

I’m having issues with setting a page to be a Fullpage in wordpress.

Of course this is causing issues for actually setting the plugin to work on the website as the main “homepage” page cannot be set.

I’ve noticed that the usual styles are no longer appearing (such as the radio buttons look like actual radio buttons instead of the usual yellow styling)

Whatever I try to set, it doesn’t work.

I have also tried deactiving all plugins to eliminate that possibility
