    Hi @dotse ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that the WooCommerce sidebar menu disappears when you click on any of the WooCommerce sub-menu items, is this correct?

I am unable to reproduce this issue on my test site which uses the latest version of WordPress and WooCommerce, and has the default Storefront theme active.

I’d like to have a better understanding of your site’s current environment, as well as a better idea of what you are experiencing on your end. Please can you share the following:

    • System Status Report: navigate to?WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Logs.
    • Screenshots: Please share a screenshot of how the menu items look before clicking on a sub-menu item, as well as what you are seeing after clicking on a sub-menu item.

Snipboard.io?can be used for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in your reply.

Once you have these, please share them in your response here.

    Cheers!

    Hi @dotse

Thanks for sharing the requested information above.

This is quite strange that the sub-menus disappeared on your site’s dashboard.

For us to investigate this further, can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled and see if this works?

If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.

If this did not resolve the issue, please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

I can share admin backend access with you to check yourself.

Meanwhile, kindly prevent sharing your site’s credentials as this is against the Forum Guidelines and one of the bad stuff.
