How can I change admin area background or input field colors? I see the color scheme choices in my User area but those just affect the menu area on the right. The main part of the page is white and the text fields are white or almost white and the border is very faint. It is very hard to see where the text input fields are.

  • Hi,
Login into the admin area of your site and look for Users –> Your Profile on the left side of the page. From there you can change the color scheme of the admin section. Once you have selected a new color scheme scroll down and click Update Profile.

I don’r see a way to attach a file here but in this link I took a screen shot and annotated it. I changed the color scheme to Sunrise but the input fileds and background are still all white.

weird. Now I am at work and on a different computer. The form area background is now gray and it looks fine. Have to wait until I am back home to see if it is different and still white on that PC.

double weird: even the screen shot I posted above has gray back ground when viewed on my PC at work. It looked stark white when viewed at home.

Maybe it is just my monitor settings or something. I guess it is not a WP issue.
