Admin Bar – Front End – Responsive/Mobile Gone

    Hi – when the admin uses the front end on a tablet or mobile the “Build” menu dissapears.

    Is this because it shouldn’t be used in this mode?

    The normal WP menu items change to an icon.

    Any help or advice?
