Admin Bar Missing When Plugin Disabled

I have this plugin installed, but when I disable it my admin bar vanishes from the top of the screen. I need to remove the plugin for a spell while I test a few problems with my site, but I don’t want to delete it if it’s going to take my admin bar with it. Any idea why this is happening?
