Admin Bar Missing with clean install, no widgets available, and internal error

  • Hi, I am getting the error /wp-includes/class-wp-admin-bar.php on line 343. This all happened after I upgraded on my testing site. I thought it may be just a one off issue because my other WP sites looked fine.

    Today, I uploaded a clean installtion on a new domain name and it appeared again. I have uninstalled and reinstalled (3.3.1 thinking that may help). No bueno.

    However….I have no widgets available and I can not upload anything w/o an internal server error being thrown up. On my other wordpress sites that have NOT been touched, I’ve noticed that my sidebars have been reset to default and upon logging in I have no widgets available.

    Any suggestions?
