Admin bar modification when using a member plug-in

Hi, i am building a site with a member area using a member plug-in. I tried two that make it easy to add members with their own password. I noticed that they both use the WP users section to add members which is not a problem. But when the member logs in to the page, they get an admin bar on top of the site. From there they can change their profile or log out. When I chose not to show the admin bar there also won’t be a log out option.
So what i would like to do is to change the admin bar for the ‘editor’ role.
Because standard you have the ‘go to dashboard’ and ‘wordpress’ icon on the left side of the admin bar. And i just want to keep the ‘hello user’ and ‘log out’ option.

Is there a way to do that? Or does anyone know about a plugin that automatically change the login option to log out?
