Hello, I am trying in all the ways to remove the bloody admin bar on my web page, I can see it in other browsers and computers where I am clearly not logged in. Even friends or parents can see it.
And why an admin bar has to appear to all the users is beyond any logic in first place.

But anyway, I tried to do first as suggested here but, no joy. I then tried to use some plugins, there are few saying that they remove the bar, but none of them worked as they should have done.

Please don’t look at the texts at the link below, it was just to see what and where to modify, most of them are just random words put quickly together.

What am I doing wrong please? I understand that this question has been asked many times but all the answers given so far didn’t work for me, that’s why I am here.
Any help would be really appreciated, thanks in advance.
    Luca

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

Thanks Esmi, I actually have not.
I was just focusing on enabling one plugin at the time, or trying to do as explained in the Codex tools.

I will try later and post the results, thank you.

You either have a bad plugin or a bad theme.

So, I tried to switch to twenty eleven and twenty twelve with the result that the same Blackbird (or its child theme) was always appearing; I then tried to delete the Blackbird theme while not active… and now I got the site with the same wording of Blackbird, but no formatting. The quickest and easiest thing at this point will be to just reinstall WordPress, as nothing is in the site anyway..

Do you have any plugins active? Were any plugins active at any time previously?

For now I reinstalled the whole wordpress interface, and installed a different theme. The issue was not replicated, so I mark this forum thread as solved.
    Many thanks esmi!
