• Dear,

We are building our website but have a small problem with the admin bar.
The bar is hidden on every page, except the register page.
Can someone please explain how this is possible? We don’t want to download another plug-in because this will slow down our website.

    Kind regards.

Please provide a link to a page on your site where we can see this. Thanks.

    Hi Steve,

    The link is: https://www.topplayer1.com/register

This is the only page where the bar is showing up. We already tried to add a code in the theme editor, download a plug in for hiding the admin bar and nothing works. I think this is something else than the general admin bar.

    Thank you for you help.

Hmmm… apparently, I have to register and give you all sorts of PII to see a page other than the registration page. As your site is built with Elementor, I wonder if there’s some setting you used there, so you might check with their support. Also, because the admin bar is added by Jetpack, you might ask their support, too.

    Hi Steve,

You want a login to see the other pages? We have bought a template, so not all pages were created with Elementor. We actually didn’t change anything with Elementor but the WordPress customizer. Jetpack is a good one, we have experienced some issues with this plug-in. I’ve deactivated the plug-in and nothing has been changed. Checked again and the bar is only visible on register and activate page. (www.topplayer1.com/activate)

    Pleased to hear.

No, I do not want a login. Thanks, but pdon’t offer to send or post logon credentials on these forums:

I think you’re going to need to inspect the other pages and see if there’s something either moving the content over the top bar or pushing the top bar out of the way.
