    Thank you for your feedback.

    I think your problem is maybe, not have WP Admin UI Customize because problem is only Admin Bar & Side bar settings.

    – Could you please possible to save the all empty items on Admin Bar&Side Bar?
    If you can, this problem is specific item.

    – Could you please check work the other server?
    If you can work, this problem is specific server.

    – Could you please check the .htaccess file?
