Admin bar visible to non-registered users

It seems when the cache is automatically purged when I update a post that the new cache includes the wp-admin bar for ALL users (unregistered included)! I have to manually purge the cache and then load the site from a non-admin logged in browser in order for the cache to no longer show an admin bar.

Why is this occurring?
I have page rules:
*plovpit.com/wp-*in* (by-pass cache)
*plovpit.com/*preview=true* (by-pass cache)
*plovpit.com/* (cache everything)

I also have Automatic Cache Management enabled.
