Sorry to hear that you’re having trouble.

Would you mind letting me know:
    1) What version of WordPress you’re using
    2) If you got any kind of error message when you installed
    3) If you tried de-activating and re-activating the plugin

    Hi helderpso,
    Hi Rustaurius,

I have the same problem, since i updated some plugins (lightbox…)

Sorry, my english is a little bit rusty: I use the newest version (is it 3.6?). I didn′t got any kind of error message. How can I de-activate or re-activate the plugins?

    Hi Andy,

So if I understand correctly, the plugin was working for you, and then after updating other plugins, it stopped working?

I’m thinking that it might be a conflict with another plugin then. If it’s not too much trouble, would you be able to send me a list of the plugins you’ve got installed so I can install them as well?

I have the latest version (3.6). The plugin is installed and activated with success, but the admin page appears blank.

The “Product Catalogue” tab is still appearing in the menu bar though?

    Hi Rustaurius,

this is correct. After updating 3.6. i had the problem, that when i clicked on a photo, it was all grey. After i updated two plugins (i′m not sure which – cause i can not reach my dashboard – maybe lightbox and slimbox?) it worked fine. My Blog and the updated photo-plugins are still working, everything is fine – but when i try to log in it appears all white. So i can not reach my dashboard to give you a list with the plugins.

    Hi Rustaurius,

i renamed the folder “plugins” in “plugins_test” per FTP. Now i can log in an reach my dashboard. But now all my plugins are deactivated. What is the next step to do? Thank you for your help.

    Hi Andy,

What I would try is renaming your “plugins_test” folder to “plugins,” then changing the individual plugin folder names by adding “test” to the end of them. For example, you would rename the “ultimate-product-catalogue” folder to “ultimate-product-catalogue_test.” If you did that with each plugin, we could figure out which one is giving you trouble.

    Hi helderpro,

Are you having the same problem as Andy, where the whole admin area is blank, or is it only the Ultimate Product Catalogue admin page that is blank? I’ve tried installing the plugin on a few WordPress sites I run, and haven’t run in to the problem you’re describing, so my feeling is that it’s a plugin conflict (two plugins using a function with the same name, for example). If we can figure out which plugin is causing the conflict, I can then update to avoid that conflict.

    hi rustaurius,

my problem is only the ultimate product catalogue admin page.

If you could copy & paste your installed plugins page (example below), that would be a big help in giving me a place to start looking.

    Hi Rustaurius,

thank you very much for your help. It works! I renamed the folder, logged in, an than used the original folder name again. Now i deactivated the plugin.

Sounds good, I’ll mark this as resolved then.
